The member experience

Four simple steps.

  1. Choose your shake

    Walk up to the PSF machine in your gym and browse the on-screen menu. Pick the shake type, such as whey protein or mass gainer, and your flavour from what is available at that location.

  2. Make your payment

    Pay at the machine using the supported cashless methods. There is no cash handling and no counter staff needed, so the whole thing takes care of itself.

  3. Freshly prepared

    Once payment is confirmed, the machine dispenses and mixes your drink to order, depending on its configuration. Your shake is made when you order it, not hours before.

    Collect your drink from the dispensing bay and get back to your training, your cool-down, or your day. That’s the whole routine.

Routine cleaning and hygiene checks are carried out by the PSF team and logged.

Servicing and repairs are handled by PSF, so the machine stays reliable.

Monitoring

Where the machine supports it, sales and stock are monitored remotely so we can act early.
